Are there any shipping costs when placing an order?
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders above €40. For all other countries, shipping costs are €4.95 with track & trace.

Can I change my order?
Once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot make changes to the selected products or quantities.

Can I change my delivery or billing address?
As your order is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery, it is not possible to change the delivery or billing address afterward. If you would like to adjust your delivery details, please contact the courier directly once your order has been shipped.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer a wide range of payment options, including Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, and more.

I haven’t received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Your confirmation email is sent to the address you provided during checkout. Please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer service team.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, with delivery expected on Tuesday. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as public holidays or courier disruptions (DPD).

Which courier will deliver my order?
To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we work with DPD.

The tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
First, check if your package has been delivered to a pick-up point (visible via your tracking link) or with your neighbors. If you still haven’t received it, please contact our customer service.

Can I use a discount code with other promotions?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or multiple discount codes.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will correct the mistake as quickly as possible, in consultation with you.

Can I collect my package from a pick-up point?
It is not possible to select a pick-up point at checkout. However, once your shipment has been dispatched, you can change your delivery option via the courier’s email.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?
All necessary taxes and duties are included at the time of purchase. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery. Taxes and duties are determined by the product’s material composition, country of origin, destination, and use.
